At Riwaaz, every order is handled with care and shipped securely via our trusted partner, Delhivery.
- Shipping Type: Prepaid orders only.
- Delivery Timeline: Orders are generally delivered within 10–12 business days, depending on the destination.
- Shipping Charges: A flat fee of ₹80 applies across India.
- Order Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered email address.
- Delivery Coverage: We deliver to all locations across Pan India.
Note: Delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control—such as weather conditions, logistics network issues, or local restrictions. We truly value your patience and understanding.

We collect personal information including your name, contact number, email address, delivery details, and browsing data to enhance your experience, process orders efficiently, and personalize communication.
We may occasionally contact customers with marketing updates, product information, or promotions through email or WhatsApp messages. Please note that currently, there is no opt-out option for these communications.

Cancellations & Refunds
We know purchasing jewelry online can feel special—and we'd like your whole Riwaaz experience to reflect that! If you ever receive an item that isn't perfect, we're here to help you make it right.
In case your order arrives damaged, just record an unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package until you’ve checked everything (please don’t pause, edit, or use filters). This helps our team see exactly what happened so we can move quickly to resolve it!
Returns must include the jewelry in its original packaging (including the jewelry box) and be in unused condition. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for damage that occurs after you've opened and handled your pieces.
Once your return is received and verified, we aim to process your refund within 2 business days—right back to the payment method you used.
